Pros

Professional environment, very collaborative people and teams. Management style is supportive, communicative and challenging.

Cons

Sometimes vision and company strategy does not translate into pragmatic actions. There is some level of reluctance in recognizing weaknesses which impairs the capacity of creating effective action plans.

Pros

A company where you have the opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities, should you not be afraid of it. In transformation with a lot of potential. Employees are accountable for their areas of work in a matrix organisation, which provides a lot to learn especially since it is not so easy.

Cons

In transformation, so some areas may be a bit old fashioned and lack maturity in terms of processes, tools, competencies... I personally see this as an opportunity to improve.
