      Good salary, the company is big and has its goal to change

      Cons

      Too many political discussions, most of the managers don't really apply their management methodology (PRINCE 2), and they often take way too many projects and cannot really manage any of them.

      Easy, laid back environment. You won't be challenged very much

      No ladder to climb, no resources if you need them, no real incentive to perform and progress. It's a dead end 5 feet form the starting line.
