* Base salary is aligned with the rest of the local semiconductor industry, big plus are the shares (even if there is a big differences in the share allocation between departments and AMS has the worse share budget) * Discounts on Apple products
Cons
* Toxic environment: if you don’t work at least 60 hours per week they make you feel like a looser (when a project is about to end the workload might easily go up to 80 hours per week or more) * No work-life balance, you are only allowed to work-work-work * Unrealistic projects timelines * You are “recommended” to work also on weekends when deadlines approach * Despite the high share bonuses, the net salary-per-worked-hour is much less compared to the semiconductor companies in the region * Performing great is a disadvantage: the better you perform, the more workload you get
