Pros

Good pay, competitive benefits, non-physical work

Cons

Company regularly violates American disability Act Company has strict attendance policy Company partners with “Sedgwick”, a 3rd-party leave partner owned by corporate superpowers, designed to make time away more challenging for employees, ultimately and often costing them their careers. What the company says and what the company does are VERY different. The job involves heavy direct sales with expectation of high KPI delivery, but with no incentive. Rather, the company penalizes and terminates employees whom do not perform “up to expectation”. Learning and development are not priorities, turnover is very high. Work/life balance is extremely poor.

Pros

Apple the company itself is a great company to work for. They do offer a ton of benefits outside of pay.

Cons

I hate Apple's internal hiring process. Even if you have worked for years at Apple, the 20 min interview holds more merit than all your accomplishments at Apple. The process of getting promoted, transferring etc. due to the interview stage seems completely arbitrary.
