None I can actually think of to be honest

Cons

Gossips, unprofessionalism, long work hours, stuck on till all day with no break cover, cliques between staff and management, favouritism, hours being cut as punishment without warning, manager lying constantly and unsafe work practices that would put manual handling out of business, not following their own contracts and definitely some law breaking, avoid this place like the plague if you want to keep your sanity.
