      Always hiring need little to no experience good first job

      changes rules as they please no notice write ups for 3 call offs in 3 months managers dont work much and often cant be found

      good peers bad management

      the people around you, the majority hate the job but the laughs get you through the day

      Cons

      management is awful, your supervisors are usually great as they are in the same position as staff that are at the bottom of the food chain, they equally don't get listened to and are basically the same as a entry employee
