Cons

Just, the usual Cons of working in a busy environment when it is hard to find staff to fill the shifts, Everyone has to do more and this might seem unfair sometimes.

Tbh there really aren’t any positives about working for this company.

Cons

Environment is awful staff not trained correctly. No heating. Staff really not motivated or really can’t be bothered
