      good for a fresh start

      lots of opportunities, quick growth and learning path if willing to put effort. do have to be waiting years to achieve something

      Cons

      poor payment and work conditions as most retail. poor recruitment. Minimum wage payment to staff and so on with further positions so people are constantly leaving so therefore the job can never be done as you wish. Manager is never a spare member to actually manage overall shop or department, in the reality all manager and supervisors have to do all the same work as the staff due to budget of hours being poor.
