      No proper communication, difficult to climb ladder unless you know someone higher up

      A bad manager can just make your job a living hell

      Co-workers, we were a great team before that new manager came in and 90% of staff left within a month

      Cons

      Salary, asked to work extra hours everyday, even 6 days a week. Rude psycho manager, breaks down in front of customers, considers yelling a positive way of communication and refuses to give me my holidays with months of notice. Well I figured out it's because they wanted to book their holidays at the same time.
