Pros

Growth opportunities, but have to put work in it. Very friendly environment between manager colleagues and support office. Training / courses available, development opportunities not only for managers, but also employees. Employee rewards and other benefits - Bike to work, HSF, ESP. Overall positive experience!

Nothing stands out to be addressed.

Good location and work environment and employees tend to befriend eachother quite easy.

Cons

The work policies of the place do not promote career growth and stability for the average entry level hardworker to a degree. The lack of appreciation is also quite apauling, no incetives or rewards for staff that go above and beyond to keep the place clean and functioning.
