Employee meal discount, some training programs (even though they force some people and exclude others from participating)

Cons

Company has lost sight of their employees, as a long-term employee has seen the downturn from a caring, good Irish company to a soul-less, not interested about their employees welfare/benefit or progression machine

Place is a nightmare will make you hate going to work everyday

Cons

Doesn't care about employees only about how much profit they can make by cutting hours to the point employees are suffering and near tears because they can't handle the customers with so little help. Constant policy changes taking away things soon after hiring.
