Colleagues nice but that's about it. Lots if you're a favourite

Cons

Horrible working conditions, pay and antisocial hours. Zero flexibility to accommodate needs of their staff. Uncaring management. Work you like a dog with no progression or recognision. Seriously attention needed as there seems to be a promote your mates mentality instead to basing it on credentials.
