Pros

Handled COVID and Return to Work well. The staff/colleagues at ground level are predominantly very nice. Training is okay.

Cons

No proper employee rewards. Worked like slave-horses for little gratitude. Money comes before People. Poor staff sanitation facilities and no break room. Greedy. Prices keep going up and customer numbers are going down. Good at accomodating part time hours.

Met some of my lifelong best friends through work here. Opportunities to crosstrain in different departments and possibly promote to supervisor or manager.

Cons

Minimum wage for maximum effort. Bitchiness quite common with management.
