Pros

The company allows you to use your initiative in Store and trusts you to Manage the Store as if it were your own. There is a good Head Office support team and it does not feel like you are working for a hierarchy. Applegreen treats everyone equally and you dont feel as if you are ignored.

Cons

Retail will always have staff issues and this is the biggest con, So if you can manage people well, then you will fit into the Retail environment.

fantastic opportunity for a career with Applegreen. I've been working for Applegreen for 20 years i started off as a sales assistance and progressed to site manager with all the in house training courses that is provided by the company.
