There are no pros that I can think of.

Cons

They treat there employees like they are slaves working in a sweat shop sometimes where employees are forced to work weekends or work 24 hours in a row. The President of the SC Group (Petrogas Group Sc LLC) favors those employees from Ireland. The tactic the Controller uses scare tactics threatening to fire employees if they don't focus and meet deadlines or she just yells at you in front of others. There is no professionalism here. Staff will stab you in the back just to make them less of a target for upper management. At times, I saw sensitive employee medical information just lying around for others to look through.

Mystery shopper reward is 50€ for employee which achieves over 95% but I haven’t got nothing.

Not too hard job. Good colleagues. I’m thinking what else should I write for five minutes...

Cons

Minimum wage, no sick leave, no benefits, no reward for being great seller when masters shopper comes but there is a sign that you’ll earn 50€ if you achieve over 95% with mystery shopper. Achieved 99%-was said they don’t give it acctually. Regular minimum wage salary is benefit. Or is it?
