Pros

Very hard to think of anything. You get trusted with cashing up tills and running outlets solo within your first week.

Cons

- Working solo 75-90% of your shifts. - Very little support - Management do not listen and then have a go at you for reasons you've already attempted to address before. -Stressful - Exhausting - Staff always coming and going - Very rude customers who do not appreciate that you're working alone and cannot produce fast service. No fault of your own but you get the stick for it. The list goes on.

Pros

In my case, lots of hours so you can accumulate money quickly in just a few days. The customers were always nice too.

Cons

Poor management, they disrespect the people of the city, saying we’re lazy. Sometimes only one person is on and management wants you to do everything. Layout of our store terrible. Don’t call the help desk if problems occur because you will be on hold for hours. Upper management spies on you 24/7 with the cameras so don’t even think of sitting for a moment. Management doesn’t train you, fellow employees will and sense our store was a brand new store, no one knows exactly everything. High employee turnover rate because of said reasons.
