There is always a great atmosphere in the store and employees are friendly towards one another. The management is always fair and flexible, and accommodate staff whenever possible.

Cons

When the store is understaffed and during peak times it is often difficult to complete tasks during your shift.

Where do I start, I worked as a BK manager for a long time (since opening 2011) As a company they really don't know how to do business right.. Head office (area managers) especially will come in and bully you in front of staff and customers often reducing people to tears. The only reason I'm glad I worked here is that I appreciate my new job as a manager so much more in a different company. I used to work up to 16 hour days for weeks on end with no days off no support from management and certainly no thanks at the end of it. They really need to cop in as a company it's pathetic in this day and age! The money is crap too and so is to your quality of life when working here!! Definitely wouldn't recommend AG to anyone!

As above everything about my time here could have been a lot better. Best decision ever to leave!
