They are disorganised with paperwork, never document anything. Also a con.

Cons

Racially biased in their recruiting. Everyone looked like me. Rewards were terrible. Minimum wage. No cover for absence . Awful staff facilities…unhygienic. Terrible upper management don’t care about the ground staff. Managers overworked and under appreciated.
