None that I can think of.

Cons

Horrible PTO - 2 weeks if you are lucky, no raises, no bonuses, punch a clock like a child, no communication from management. Management treats their employees like crap. You could have invented a new product making big $$$ for example but their attitude is, "ok that was great but what can you do for me today". If you don't perform, you are fired. No trust, no respect, no floating holidays off, worst company I have ever worked for. Benefits are horrific too. Who can afford them on this below poverty level pay?
