Pros

Pay is above average for crew and probably some management positions for the area. Large company that can provide decent benefits. I’ve met some really good people here.

Cons

Hard to accomplish many tasks due to needing to go through multiple channels. They run the lowest labor guidelines in any market I’ve ever worked. Working in the plazas on the thruway leaves you with no space inside your site. The management above store managers were not there to support those that they supervise. At least not in the plaza that I was in. Overall every place has its positives and negatives but it mostly was negative here.
