Here are some pros to the job: - Some of the people I worked with were sweethearts and very understanding, I can say the same about some of our regulars. - Being able to help others even if we only see each other some days

Here are some cons to the job: - managers who think you're back talking them when you were only trying to make them see what was happening here and never getting an apology(TWICE) - managers who sit and play a phone game all day and try to get other supervisors in on it as well as managers while working

Cons

They will throw you into your new position with little to no training. I personally worked without a direct report for a few months before they hired another new manager to fill the spot.
