      - Business is healthy - Free food

      Cons

      - People are leaving left and right, our turnover is terrible. Average time spent at the company is definitely <2 years - You will be worked like a robot with terrible WLB - Management is arrogant and elitist - I don't understand the positive reviews on here, but I can assure you they are all from new grads

      Pros

      Great engineers. Lot of top talent here and people genuinely care about the work. Depending on the team, work can be interesting.

      Cons

      Culture here is extremely toxic and management is generally unkind to employees. Work life balance is also extremely poor, and at the current valuation it's just not worth it. Also, please beware of the obviously fake reviews on here and make an informed decision when joining.

      1. Know how to sell crap or non existent products 2. Best place to learn how to falsify information

      1. Claims a place of highly talented people - 80% of company is made of fresh grads from top colleges but with 0 experience. It sometimes feels that they are working hard without any goal. 2. Tell you lie about what you will be working on during hiring. The truth is that they don't have any good product. 3. They are selling consulting in the name of products. 4. Outrightly say lie to all the customers.
