      Pros

      - opportunity to take on many new projects if you are motivated and develop your skills - talented and humble coworkers - company is structured to adapt quickly to market changes, meaning business has continued to grow despite the turbulence of the past couple years

      Cons

      - General feelings of disdain towards employees coming from upper management - Significant equity growth has already happened, making the current equity-heavy comp less attractive - Easy to burn out if you don’t set boundaries

      Lunch is a nice perk

      Changing health benefits from free to paying monthly costs, firing valuable staff, screwing employees with the series E fundraising. Incompetent staff. Pathetic severance. I could go on and on.

      Pros

      - Super competent and collaborative teammates -- everyone is sharp and seems to be an expert in their fields. Even across functions, people are collaborative and open to sharing insights, best practices, and helping each other out. - Fast paced growth and impact. - Overall a fun time too -- people seem to really enjoy working with each other

      Cons

      - It's definitely not a slow place, so being able to keep up with the pace is key. It's not a con, more a feature of being part of a growing, scaling business
