Pros
People - This is the smartest group of people I have worked with. From the interview process to the 1.5 years I have been with Applied, I'm constantly reminded of how much I'm learning from everyone around me - I appreciate that the team is very humble and willing to help at anytime - Everyone is clearly passionate about the company and working towards the same vision - I also appreciate that Applied works on events and socials for the women at the company. We meet in a small groups every month, do events such as book clubs, yoga sessions, and chats from women in our leadership (which are great learning opportunities)! Growth - I haven't worked this hard anywhere in my career, but I also have not grown as much anywhere in my career. There is room for mobility, opportunity to work on new things, and grow into leadership positions.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind, but if I had to pick one thing...I wish we had organic smoothies (or a blender to make them!).
