The salary is very good compared to other companies, the office structure is awesome, the company at provide you everything you need to perform at a high level and also provide a very well structured process of 1:1 meetings with people specially allocated for that.

Cons

During the quarantine the company had no choice but to lay-off a lot of awesome engineers. That left a unstable feeling inside my heart.

Pros

The company has a beautiful office, with lots of perks and snacks. We feel that they are interested in our wellbeing, always asking for ways to do more. The salaries are good and the health and dental plans are quite comprehensive. This is, in fact, one of the best companies to work. Period.

Cons

Compensation could be better, indeed. They could work in a wider variety of benefits, giving the opportunity to the employee to choose. We could have a more appealing bonus.
