The company has a great and very thorough onboarding process, containing all sorts of information regarding first accesses, company policies and a lot of very important content related to diversity and respect to others. Other than that, all the employees are very attentious and helpful to new people that just started working here. It surely is a great place to work!

The company seeks excellence in all areas that I have had contact with so far. HR is always looking to improve and offer new benefits. The company's design team is organized, committed, and always willing to help each other. I just love working here.

Cons

I'm sure there are things to improve, as no place is perfect. I just haven't found them yet.
