      Pros

      Friendly and highly skilled people. Great working atmosphere. Dynamic and future-thinking company. Flexible working hours. Opportunity to work on state-of-the-art technologies. Good compensation and extra bonuses/gifts happen from time to time. Great office resources. Opportunity to travel and work on different scenarios.

      Cons

      Sudden changes happen often. Sometimes there is lack of communication. You may need to travel with little time for preparation. However, these issues are normal for a new and growing company.

      - Good salary; - New projects and challenges all the time; - Great team; - Great structure; - Travel opportunities;

      Cons

      - You don't have so many opportunities to get new positions at the company. Most of the employees are developers, and we don't have any case of a developer that became a director or something like it. So, there is no way to receive a good raise on your salary.

      Management at ArcTouch takes feedback from our employees very seriously. We have given salary increases averaging 16% in Brazil this year. We will continue to look at other ways to make our employees feel more rewarded.

      Great workplace

      Pros

      Very well managed, short projects, gives us the opportunity to always work with the latest technology. High quality code and products are always the priority and our dev process encourages them. We have several office amenities like available food and an awesome espresso machine, a video-game and great chairs :). Everyone at the company is very collaborative and you can make really good friends here. Very flexible working hours.

      Cons

      It's not rare to find yourself working weekends. Some projects have very little available time and lots of requirements.
