      The environment is positive and flexible. You’re your own carrear owner. There is no leadership micromanaging.

      Cons

      Too much politics, relationships weight way more than your actual talent and commitment. Since is a boutique company people are fired all the time if the company don’t have a sold project that fit your skills.
