      Pros

      Some good employees who don't have their heads up their behinds.

      Cons

      Political environment, bad upper management, no employee recognition, high number of self entitled old timers. Unfair policies. Poor pay compared to similar sized companies.

      Great health insurance. Excellent pay with bonuses. Management was great to work with and easy to communicate with. Job Security, Many different options and departments.

      Cons

      It takes a while to earn vacation time and depending on the department that you work in, you may end up working every day for an entire month.

      High exposure to real responsibilities from the beginning and important opportunity to learn a lot quickly on the job. Large company and spend with important worldwide presence, enabling to build a good CV seen from other companies.

      Cons

      No career/compensation evolutions. High targets of cost reductions, impacting mainly employees and working conditions. Nothing is done to retain talents or to build sustainable organization. Short-term oriented in all decisions.
