      Conservative approach in every area, many glass-ceilings in particular for women, too political to make any decision, terrible HR, low salaries

      Pros

      Work/life balance. People. Good for safety and training. Vacation is pretty good too. Got to experience multiple areas and different jobs.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits. Left due to cuts. Small groups of employees are selected years in advance as the chosen group to advance to management. If you aren't in the group it won't happen.

      Pros

      Working in a steel mill, there is never a dull moment. There is always something new to learn or gain from the day. You get to work around heavy industrial equipment which is everyday nothing short of amazing. Being a part of the steel industry, espeically in this company, gives you great pride when making a product which is used for buildings, bridges, military, nuclear, submaries, cars, and much more.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Excellent company to work for.
