      Good starting pay, ability to go to floor if tired of sitting in office

      Dirty, no phone signal in areas, can't change departments for 1 year and they pick your first department

      Only for ArcelorMittal Changzhou: Flexible hours, free and unlimited coffee (yes yes, it is a big advantages).

      Cons

      > No seriously care about the safety > Short-term vision (investment in people, equipment, safety...) > Number oriented > Low salary (I was in a special case, but my colleague was really low paid by comparing with the market price). > No communication (sillos organization) > Bad working atmosphere I was in ArcelorMittal ChangZhou. My point of view is only about this factory.
