Pros
I suppose, with all companies, the "Pros" for working there are dependent on the location and department you are actually working in. I lucky enough to work in a small office building where you're treated like family. This kind of environment makes it a pleasure to come to work.
I could mention all of the normal "Pros"; great salary, healthcare, vacation, etcetera, but most companies have that. I would rather focus on the family atmosphere, the friendliness of the employees and most important... the respect you are given! I'm not a manager yet my opinion is valued which in turn makes me a better employee. I love working here.
When I started working for the company I was a temporary employee. Since that time I was hired as a permanent employee and have now been with the company for over 18 years. I have watched, learned, and grown during this time and feel that I am a valued employee. So, if you’re someone who wants to get to the top quickly; this company isn’t for you. If you want to learn and are willing to work your way up instead of it just being handed to you then this is the company for you.
Cons
No exercise facility on site and no free gym memberships.
The buildings and offices are old and run down.
I really can't think of anything else that I consider a "Con".
