Pros
It's Fortune 500 organization but with much less bureaucracy compared to some of its peers. Can expect change/variety of assignments, tight deadlines and a lot of teamwork in multi-cultural environment. Great people to work with and exposure to global markets and associated opportunities and threats. One can develop a very solid knowledge/skills in all business disciplines both from colleagues and ArcelorMittal University that offers hundreds of continuous education courses
Cons
It's not easy to move up within the organization; lateral movement is more prevalent.
