Pension plan, health care, and an available non-matching 401K. Paid holidays& vacations. A good union! Decent wages & sometimes profit sharing.

Cons

Very hazardous environment, some jobs are very physical& take their toll after years of wear & tear on the body. The company wants us to take concessions as of now, so we have no new contract.

We remain committed to achieving a mutually sustainable agreement that can support the collective future of all stakeholders, including our employees.

Great work-life balance. Good benefits and profit sharing. My overall experience with the company was good. There were many excellent managers who were knowledgeable and always willing to mentor.

Cons

US offices were often micro-managed by corporate headquarters. Hiring and salary decisions were shot down by corporate. They did not do enough to retain smart young employees.
