      Pros

      Some employees are very committed to the organization. Incredibly nice individuals in some parts of the organization. Very entrepreneurial in style. Leadership varies throughout organization - some stellar and others quite terrible.

      Cons

      Mid to high level management can vary greatly as can the culture of each site within the US and globally. Some senior mid-management can be lazy, leaning on their employees to get things done, take credit for wins and not share with the team. Lots of 'yes' people. Pockets of bad managers aren't addressed through senior management nor HR processes. Can also be a tremendous amount of politics and unwillingness to team effectively. Success in this organization is highly dependent on good manager.

      Been their for 8years good pay great benifits. It took me 1 year to get through the hirirng process

      Cons

      Swing shift work . No move up advancement. Unless you like to spend time on your knees.
