Business Outlook
Pros
Never a dull moment. The scenery is always changing and your work load is typically never the same from day-to-day. No repetitious dull-drum work.
Cons
Management has a long way to go when it comes to changing the mindset of its workforce. They claim they are all about safety, but when it comes to production numbers and quotas, safety is often overlooked. They will never admit it, but it happens every day. The USW are always complaining about not enough overtime, but when they get it, nothing really gets done because there is no management figure to watch over them.
