      no pros from any angle, i couldn't find in 15 years of working in this company

      low salaries, miserable working conditions,people have their own personal interests, no responsibility, no authority, no motivation whatsoever..and it is going to be like this after 10 years as well

      Pros

      Health Insurance, 6% Match on 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Job Security. Great exposure and responsibilities given to new employees early on.

      Cons

      Vacation Time for New Employees. Lots of room to move laterally but hard to move up the chain. Still a male-dominated industry with a stunning lack of ethnic diversity given the focus as the world's largest steelmaker.
