10yThank you for your feedback. Employees that belong to a union and receive a pension do not receive an employer match for the 401K. Macroeconomic factors including global steel industry overcapacity, record high import levels from non-market economies and a strong US dollar, have created an unsustainable operating environment for our industry. Further, the Company’s labor negotiations with the United Steelworkers provides an additional opportunity to align our cost structure with the economic realities of the industry.
