      Pros

      Amazing health benefits. Health workers have always been surprised at what the insurance covers compared to most avg insurance. Friendly environment

      Cons

      Too many meetings that solve nothing. Bonuses for 2014 were delayed 4 months and paid in 2015. Can be a cut throat work environment.

      Good benefits a lot to learn in a heavy industry environment not easily found in the U.S. Good people

      Overall the company seems to lack direction driven by relentless cost cutting at the expense of upgrading aging plants.

      Pros

      Very big company but very flexible and dynamic. A lot of challenges every quarter and good internal communication. Like this we are allowed to be well aligned with the objectives traced by the general board.

      Cons

      Base industry, with cycle crises as now. We just were used to the new level of steel consumption started on 2009 and another challenge arrived.
