      Dynamic environment - always working on a diverse set of problems. Paid Training/Education - Company willing to pay for additional education (part time) and normally sends for training sessions to upgrade your skill set.

      Cons

      Salary is relatively lower when compared to manufacturing companies of the same size. Making changes to existing practices can be slow due to management structure and sometimes internal politics.
