Pros
Profit Sharing & VCP, Supportive Team, Great Learning Opportunities, Easy to move to different areas with support. Great culture.
Cons
Very obsolete processes, buildings, systems. Dusty/old buildings and offices. Very difficult to move up as most people have pensions and have been at the company 15+ years. Bay Pay is lower than the market average. WLB can be stressful and hectic due to very strict corporate deadlines. Health Benefits are not the greatest - not a lot is provided.
