      Appalling level of micromanagement

      Good employment benefits from the umbrella company...

      Cons

      ...but the data "science" function is dysfunctional and run by someone who demonstrably is not qualified for the job. Bullying, shouting, threatening is also not off the table during team meetings. I won't even go into their engineering and scientific best practices... even worse some of their products will feed into financial forecasts for banks and hedge funds. They also don't believe in product management.

      The colleagues are the best part. The salaries are good and there are opportunities to develop your career in the direction you want, if you put your mind to it.

      Cons

      The work itself can be somewhat tedious and repetitive.
