      -This online media company does not think you can work effectively from home. -Lack of diversity and understanding e.g. colleagues getting asked "but where are you really from?" -What progression? Board meetings are held at a very popular men's only club where women are allowed on invitation only basis

      Good benefits, great flexibility, you can work with some great colleagues and there are some great opportunities when you can get them. Career progression often depends on which team you work in.

      Cons

      Effort is very rarely recognized in any meaningful way and the structure is far too bureaucratic. I have seen very competent and ambitious reporters become extremely demotivated in certain teams. Too much responsibility is placed on the shoulders of junior staff in some teams because management can't be bothered.
