Too many silos and completion between different offices, teams and departments can be dysfunctional many times, bonus scheme is a joke

Leaders of the company are approachable and always have time to listen to and interact with employees. The management team recognises talent and hard work and provide opportunity and platform for career growth. Great office environments and benefits; lots of staff interactions outside of work.

Cons

Some old-timers are not receptive to changes.
