      good work - life balance, challenging working environment with loads to learn, good opportunity to build your "niche" expertise and become go-to person for a specific topic, ability to attend conferences/client meetings/networking opportunities

      Career progression can be somewhat restricted to timing of holding a certain position, progression not tailored to individual but to company needs

      Great opportunity to practice journalism in the commodity markets. the work is interesting and colleagues are generally smart and interesting. good opportunities to work with global team in other offices.

      Cons

      The company has gone through a lot of change in the last couple of years and has some growing pains like communication and new management. but overall things seem to be improving and becoming more and more modern and progressive.
