Good benefits and that is it.
Cons
Toxic sales environment. There is 0 collaboration between teams and people only look after themselves. Senior leadership does not take into account any feedback from employees. Commission plan set up so that sales people do not reach their OTC. New territories every year. 4 SVP’s in 5 years. The sales team is unmotivated. Leads / sales are often taken away or stolen even though there are “assigned” territories. Multi year contracts are taken away from you and handed to another person. No room for career improvement or annual pay increases.
