Pros
My team. The people I worked with were hardworking, supportive and crazy in the best way - so much fun ! Led by an incredible manager who created a little family within this team and a feel of belonging and loyalty. It made the difference for me and I leave with great relationships and friendships. Decent salary and benefits. Good location for London based employees.
Cons
A lack of transparency and support across other sales teams. It felt more like a competition rather than a collaboration to get towards a common goal. Not enough employee recognition incentives or building relationships across other departments
