      Pros

      - I cannot emphasize enough how great it is to be working in data science at Argus. Great leadership. The Chief Data Officer is a super intelligent man who knows how to manage, knows how to motivate people and transmit his knowledge and wisdom. Great projects to work on, I particularly enjoy the Possibility Curves, which is probably the best project i've worked on in my whole career! The results of it were truly mind blowing and clearly industry leading. -Bonus scheme is probably one of the best around, I got a bigger bonus than expected. - Office is amazing - Free food (fruits) - Gym membership - Good pension scheme

      Cons

      I don't see any cons, aside from the fact that I would have liked the company to push for even more data science projects within the company faster. Everyone loves the data science projects, why wait?

      Pros

      I think Argus is an exciting place to work! The teams are made of great people, creative thinking is definitely encouraged and development opportunities are widely available. Chief Data Officer is a forward-thinking man with many ideas and exciting projects. He cares a lot about the team's engagement and provides plenty of learning opportunities. It means working in Data can be challenging but extremely interesting as you not only get a chance to use multiple platforms and technologies but also can significantly improve your skill set. I would say there is no limit to how much you can learn and you are given a lot of autonomy to make things happen. You are surrounded by bright, like-minded people who are always there if you need help. Working in Data also means that you get to meet and work with people from other departments across Argus and contribute to global projects.

      Cons

      It is fast paced and priorities can quickly change. I personally wouldn’t label it as con as it gives you an opportunity to work on a variety of projects and interact with different teams, but it might not be for everyone.

      Excellent place to work, with smart teammates and management that have wealth of experience. Constantly learning and gaining new skills, by working on challenging projects and developing data science products. Your work is visible to major players in the industry. Good compensation and benefits.

      Long working hours might be required during busy periods.
