Nice managers friendly team, collaborative atmosphere

Long hours Very inefficient ways of doing things Lack of openness about how to improve things very repetitive and often pointless work which should be automated or the responsibility of another team Lack of time during the day for training trainings are anyways often aimed way too low so end up wasting time even outside working hours half the day everyday you're not actually doing work that contributes to your development
