Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits, still has a pension plan, lots of vacation. Use to be cutting edge on insurance products, finding out what consumers want and providing it. Was a place filled with opportunity.
Cons
Senior management, though smart, have lost their way on treating employees right. With Don leaving and all of the downsizing, employees are treated as puppets. IT is not given the resources needed to complete what needs to be done for Reform, and stress and overtime are breaking down moral. No upward movement possible due to downsizing and everyone just waiting for their pink slip to arrive. Good people are leaving for more innovative and positive workplaces.
